Singer Waje - "It Is Not Possible To Dump Music For Acting"

 

Nigerian singer turned Nollywood actress, Waje speaks about her debuts in Nollywood with Tunnel, what inspired her to go into acting and how music will always be her first love.

 

" The movie is entitled, tunnel. It is the first movie I will be featuring in . Tunnel is about a real life situation, the challenges we all face in our day to day life, most especially when we have to put our families together.

In all honesty, I feel every artist has a bit of acting in him. I make my fans feel my music by putting little emotion in my songs. I just wanted to see how far I could go with the talent God gave me.
It is not possible to dump music for acting. Waje is a brand, an entertainer. Music is my first love, I just want to unveil all my God given talents.

The truth is that I am an artist who believes that I am not just here for a decade. I will be there till I grow old. I can diversify into other things but my first love will always be my first" love.
