Kris Humphries' parents quickly settle divorce after 30-year marriage...

 

It's one year and six days since Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian tied the knot before 440 adoring guests and a whole lot of cameras. Their split after just 72 days has been exhaustively picked apart, but the couple remain technically married as a result of their continued legal bickering. Kris may be rethinking the wisdom of his divorce strategy with news that his parents managed to agree on the terms of their divorce before the paperwork was even filed.

Reports say that Debra and William Humphries settled their affairs long before Kris' mother filed for divorce. Sources also claim that neither party will be awarded spousal support according to the agreement. William will take the Chaska, Minnesota home that they share as well as their boat and BMW.

Debra instigated the split from her husband of 30 years in Minnesota earlier this month, citing an 'irretrievable breakdown' in the marriage. The parties will reportedly go their separate ways financially with individual bank accounts. And allegedly all of the legal fees will be covered by William.
