Fans of the former Destiny's Child favourite will surely be excited she decided to share the exciting picture of her 'sock 'em Saturday.' The former X Factor judge no doubt revelled in being put through her paces by her boxing coach.
And the chance to show off her fancy footwork will have been particularly pleasing as she is set to serve as a dance master on Australian show Everybody Dance Now.

Kelly certainly looked the part for her workout, donning a pair of skin tight leggings, a blue vest and trainers for her session. And afterwards she rewarded herself with a spot of retail therapy in some of the posh boutiques of Melrose Avenue with her friend La La Vasquez .
The jolly pair seemed to have a great time looking at the fancy garments on offer, though it was the 33-year-old DJ who seemed to have splashed out the most cash.
